**About the speaker**
Andrey Kazantsev is a mentologist — a specialist in value systems and worldviews — and the president of the Mentality Innovation Center.
For the past four years, Andrey has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds to help them understand what truly drives them: their values, beliefs, and internal frameworks. He has hosted and facilitated over 150 group events, creating spaces where people can reflect, question, find their answers, and grow together.
