North Fitzroy - Open Men's Group

Our regular face-to-face Open Men's Group meeting is held at the inner city location at the North Fitzroy Library (Seminar Room 2), and hosted and facilitated by experienced members of Mens Wellbeing Inc.

Our North Fitzroy group is held on the third Tuesday of each month (except January), and is open to all men who feel the need to connect with our community of men, but especially those who may be experiencing isolation due to their personal circumstances. No prior sign up or ongoing commitment required. No prior experience of men's groups is required.

Join us for an evening to share what is meaningful in your life, challenges you may be facing, or just stuff that’s going on!

If you’re already involved in a group, this is a great gift to give another man, bring a mate into our groups and have him experience the support and compassion that other men can offer.

Plan to arrive early to settle in and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee before our 7:00pm (sharp) start. You will be unable to join after the group has started to ensure confidentiality, so please be punctual.

Participation in the group is free (but not free for us to host).
Men's Wellbeing is a not for profit community association. To support these meetings and help them continue, donations are very much appreciated and can be made at the meeting by cash or card, or by visiting the Mens Wellbeing website at: https://menswellbeing.org/

An important note about Arrival & Venue Access
Access is available only via the rear entrance to the Library on Best St.

Car parking:
In the evening, parking is available on St Georges Road right outside the library for traffic heading south towards the city.
Parking opposite the library (for traffic heading north) is a declared CLEARWAY until 6:30pm.
You will find parking is also available on Alfred Crescent, and on Best Street behind the library.
IN ALL CASES, CHECK CAREFULLY FOR PERMIT ZONES AND SIGNAGE FOR TIME RESTRICTIONS TO AVOID BEING FINED.
