What we’re about
Griffin Squad is a local men’s group based in Tacoma, WA, and part of the wider Arka Brotherhood - a growing network of men committed to living with integrity, accountability, and purpose.
We meet every Monday night for 3 hours, gathering in a confidential, structured container to support one another in becoming better men, partners, fathers, and leaders. Each week, we engage in powerful practices such as authentic sharing, embodiment work, and personal accountability check-ins. Our focus is on identifying blind spots, building emotional strength, and fostering deep brotherhood through consistent commitment.
As a squad, we uphold the 14-point Code of the Arka Brotherhood, emphasizing values like truth, discipline, presence, and service.
We also host Open Houses, where any member of the public who identifies as a man is welcome to come experience the circle for themselves. These open nights are an opportunity to see what it feels like to be witnessed, to speak without judgment, and to feel the power of brotherhood in action.
