Hackney Downs Men's Circle

What is a men's circle?
In this 2 hour session, you will join a men-only space for self development.
This is led by a professional facilitator, in confidence, without interruption or advice. It’s an invitation to talk through what's on your mind, listen to other men do the same, and work through it together, as a team.

Facilitator
Sam Sylvester is a Men’s Circle Facilitator and founder of a Conscious Dating community. His work focuses on helping people understand themselves better so they can live more intentional and full lives.
