Led by our professional Mountain Leader & Facilitator William Coleman.

Friday: Evening arrival, settle in, takeaway, fireside circle.
Saturday: Full day mountain hike, local pub dinner.
Sunday: Solitude practice, lakeside sauna, wild swim, easy walk, pub lunch.

Shared rooms, remote hostel.

Twice a year we head into wild mountains for decent hiking, camp fires, good food, and the kind of conversation you don't get anywhere else.

The hiking is real, but it's not the point. The point is the conversations on the trail, the cold plunge no one wanted but everyone did, and the dinner where nobody checks their phone. 48 hours out of normal life is enough to change how you come back to it.

We've been running these trips for over 3 years now, and men never fail to come away with unexpected value, energy and friendships.

### Proper hiking 🥾

8–15 miles hike across the stunning Lake District mountains. Hard enough to matter, not so hard that it's only the fit for a few.

### Cold water & sauna 🏊‍♂️

We make time to swim, plunge, sauna together. Real reset, real conversations.

### Shared meals 🍲

Dinner around one table. Mornings together. The kind of unhurried time many men just don't make space for.

### Wild Nature 🌳

Nothing better for your nervous system and general wellbeing than having some time in beautiful nature.

Schedule:

### Friday

Friday evening. Travel up, settle into the accommodation, gather for dinner, connect with group, fireside circle.

### Saturday

Early start, full day hike. Hard enough to matter, with plenty of conversation in between. Pub grub.

### Sunday

Solitude practice in nature. Wild swim & sauna for recovery. Closing circle. Pub grub, then head home.

### Post hike

WhatsApp group keeps the connection going. Most men continue in circles. The weekend is the start of something, not the end.
