The importance of talking about mental health cannot be overstressed. There is a stigma attached to it in many societies of the world and I want to bring out the awareness and provide support, education and guidance to the people who are experience any kind of psychological and mental health problems in their lives. Open dialogue about mental health can help everyone heal. What people don’t realize is that there are numerous ways to effectively treat mental illness and you can live a normal lifestyle by learning how to properly manage your mental health.
2. Anyone who is stuck at any point of their life because of mental health issues and life issues in general can attend the events and join the session.
