What we’re about
This group is for individuals who are interested in attending events related to mental health, mental well-being, and self-care. Whether you're passionate about destigmatizing mental health, seeking knowledge on various wellness practices, or looking to connect with like-minded individuals, this is the place for you. Join us for workshops, discussions, and activities designed to promote emotional health and cultivate a supportive community. Together, let's explore different ways to prioritize our mental well-being and learn valuable tools for managing stress and anxiety. Let's come together to support each other on our journey towards mental wellness.

Welcome to CultureLink's Women's Support Group – a warm and supportive community for immigrant women.
This group is a space where we can come together to share our journeys and support one another as we settle into a new chapter of life. Whether you’ve just arrived or have been here for a while, you are not alone. Together, we’ll talk, learn, and grow through friendly conversations, helpful resources, and the comfort of sisterhood. We meet online every month, and every woman is welcome- regardless of language, background, or life story.
