Mental Health Walk #6 (and picnic)

Join us for a simple walk and chat with a mental health peer support group in Geneva. We will have a picnic after the walk (weather dependant!)

Meeting at 11am, Sunday 16 June, at the entrance of Bains des Paquis. The walk leader Laura will be wearing a yellow 'Mental Health Mates' branded lanyard. We will wait at the starting point for 10 minutes before starting the walk, to allow people who are running late to join us.

We will do a gentle walk for about 45 minutes before finding a nice spot in the park to sit down for a picnic. If you would like to join the picnic after the walk, please bring some food and drink for yourself (and something to share with others, if you want/can). You might also want to bring something to sit on, suncream, sunglasses etc.

Mental Health Mates is peer support network set up in 2016, which now has over 160 groups across Europe. The network is run voluntarily by people who experience their own mental health issues, meeting regularly to walk, connect and share without fear or judgement.
