Join us for a practical mini-training on emotional recognition with your MHM Geneva peer support community. This April, we gather for something quietly transformative: learning to name what's happening inside us.

The topic of this month's call is: "How to Recognise Your Emotions β€” A Practical Guide." Most of us were never really taught this. We learned to say "fine" or "stressed" or "tired" β€” but emotions are a much richer, more specific landscape than that. The difference between feeling overwhelmed and feeling afraid isn't just semantic; it changes everything about how you respond.

Over 90 minutes, Yuliia will walk the group through practical tools for emotional identification β€” how to slow down the blur, tell the signals apart, and start building what researchers call "emotional granularity." Think of it like going from a three-colour map to a full atlas of your inner world.
Accessible, interactive, no background in psychology required.

There will be space throughout for questions, reflection, and sharing your own experience.

πŸ“ Meeting: Online call via ZOOM
πŸ•€ Date & time: 17.04 at 10:30 am (CEST)
Our host, Yuliia, will introduce the theme and guide the training before opening the space for group conversation. We're looking forward to seeing you there 🀍
