Join us for a neuroscience talk on anxiety, technology, and what your nervous system is trying to tell you — with the MHM Geneva community.
You asked for it at our last call. So here we are.

The topic of this month's call is: "How to Deal with Anxiety in the AI Era — A Neuroscience Perspective." Something is shifting. Notifications arrive faster than our brains evolved to process them. AI reshapes jobs, identities, and the meaning of effort — sometimes overnight. And anxiety, that ancient alarm system wired for sabre-toothed tigers, is now trying to interpret an infinite scroll. The mismatch is real, and it shows up in our bodies.

This session goes beneath the surface. Yuliia will walk us through what neuroscience actually tells us about anxiety — how it's generated, why the modern information environment is particularly triggering for our threat-response systems, and — critically — what actually works to regulate it. Not hustle-culture hacks. Evidence-based, brain-level tools that you can use the moment you close the laptop.

There will be space at the end for questions and open discussion — because living through this era is something we're all figuring out together.

📍 Meeting: Online call via ZOOM
🕤 Date & time: 24.04 at 10:30 am CET
Our host, Yuliia, will introduce the theme and lead the talk before opening the floor. We're looking forward to seeing you there 🤍
