Support Session - Mental Health Peer Support (June)

These groups are still a work in progress and the organisers are working to evolve it into what is needed by members 😊

7pm to 7:30pm - IceBreakers / Getting to know each other / introductions

7:30pm to 9pm - Support Session, Sitting and discussing any particular struggles or challenges (Small discussion groups, Max of 3-4 per group)

9pm onwards - Social/creative space. Chatting, drawing, crafting

If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to approach the organisers to discuss. No question or idea is silly or unimportant 😊

This event is in the gallery/function room at the back of City Gate Pub. Please ask the bar staff if you can't find it as they are very helpful 😊

This group/event has been paid for by Tom, there is no need for anyone to financially contribute towards any of these sessions or groups. However if you feel the need too, you're welcome to buy Tom a drink, he likes lemonade and on occasion a Rekorderlig cider if he's drinking 😊
