Our weekly walk/run club is designed to be welcoming, flexible, and energizing—whether you’re coming to move your body, clear your mind, or connect with others.

Each session begins with a brief check-in and warm-up to help you ease into movement and meet fellow participants. From there, you’ll have the option to walk, jog, or run at your own pace—there’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else. The group naturally spreads out based on pace, but we always maintain a supportive, no-one-left-behind atmosphere.

Routes are typically pre-planned, safe, and suitable for all fitness levels, with options to shorten or extend your distance as needed. Along the way, expect light conversation, encouragement, and moments of mindfulness as you move.

We wrap up with a cool-down and optional social time, giving you a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate consistency—no matter how fast or far you went.

All you need to bring is comfortable attire, supportive shoes, water, and a willingness to show up as you are.
