About us
A professional community for Washington-based mental health providers.
We host a mix of interactive talks, peer support circles, and hands-on workshops –spaces where therapists share insight, exchange referrals, and strengthen their practices together. Topics range from the business of private practice to the human side of clinical work. Whether you’re just starting out or well established, you’ll find opportunities to learn, connect, and be supported by peers who understand the field.
This group is connected with the Washington Mental Health Resource network, a long-running referral and discussion listserv for local clinicians. The listserv is open to all WA-licensed or pre-licensed professionals.

- Learn to distinguish between conflict avoidance and constructive engagement
- Apply The And Way model blending parts work, assertive communication, and dialectics
- Develop tools to counter dehumanization by fostering empathy, curiosity, and psychological flexibility
What We'll Explore
