The holidays can bring connection, conflict, and everything in between. This Friday morning coffee hour offers space to reflect on how clients experience the season—and how we can best support them while maintaining our own balance.

We’ll explore:

• Helping clients manage family tension, grief, and social overload
• Encouraging realistic boundaries and self-care plans
• Staying grounded yourself as client needs and emotions peak

Format:
A lightly guided, peer-to-peer discussion over coffee or tea. This is not a training, just clinicians sharing practical approaches and real-world experience. Cameras optional, kindness expected. This session will not be recorded.

Licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals in Washington and nearby states. No prep needed—just bring your mug and yourself.

As HEDIS audit season begins, this session will help you feel prepared, not panicked.

Join us for an upcoming workshop with Rachel Larkey, MS, RD, Senior Dietary Manager at THIRA Health, focused on helping therapists better understand eating disorders from a medical and systems perspective.

We’ll explore how eating disorders present across different bodies and clinical settings, what red flags to watch for, and how therapists can collaborate effectively with dietitians and medical providers to support client safety and recovery.

This event will include both presentation and case discussion time.
