How do the right clients actually find you?
For most therapists, the answer isn't a better profile or a bigger ad budget. It's relationships. This 50-minute session explores what actually drives sustainable referrals: the kind that come from people who already trust you. We'll talk about how to position yourself in a way that feels authentic and specific, why the practices that grow the most tend to be deeply rooted in community, and what it looks like to build something worth referring to.

What we'll explore
Practical strategy and honest peer conversation around growing a practice you're proud of. How to find your niche, build credibility, show up in the places your ideal clients are already looking, and why your relationships with other therapists might be your most underrated asset.

Who this is for
Licensed and pre-licensed mental health therapists in Washington who want to grow in a way that feels sustainable and true to who they are.

Format & feel
We keep it small on purpose, because the connections you make here are part of the point. This is a space to meet peers, think out loud, and build the kind of relationships that tend to turn into referrals over time. We're also working toward regular in-person gatherings for those who want to go deeper.
