A Compassionate Approach to Adult ADHD and Autism
Details
More adults are coming to therapy wondering, directly or indirectly, whether ADHD or autism is part of their story. As part of our Specialist Sessions series, this conversation covers a compassionate approach to identifying and treating ADHD and autism in adults: what to look for, how to talk about it, and how to support these clients well. It also continues a thread from June's session: bringing more compassion to the work, for your clients and for yourself.
