What we’re about
This year’s Mental Health and Suicide awareness walk is dedicated to someone incredibly special—Daniel. It would have been his birthday.
Daniel was a son, a friend, a bright soul. He was kind, creative, funny, and deeply loved. He also struggled with mental health challenges that many never saw. He was lost to suicide.
We walk this year not only to raise awareness but to remember Daniel—for who he was, and for the countless others like him who suffer in silence. Suicide doesn’t discriminate. Mental illness can affect anyone, and too often, it goes unseen or unspoken.
Our goal is to break that silence.
We invite you to join us: 🗓 Saturday, September 27, 2025 @ 1pm 📍 Sir George Étienne Statue (Mont Royal)
