We designed this group to provide very practical techniques for improving your overall well-being. Your well-being includes emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. An improvement in one tends to improve all the others.
You may find that you cannot quickly move on from past traumatic experiences and get on with your life. Your past sticks you in what should be long-gone feelings or thoughts. As a result, your emotional and mental well-being may diminish considerably. You may be less motivated in life. You may suffer from reduced self-confidence and self-esteem. You may become plagued with unwanted emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, or hopelessness.
If this is your situation, we can help. At our meetups, you will learn about a technique to help you move on from your past.
We will also offer you the opportunity to arrange for coaching using these tools and techniques to help you reach your full potential. Our coaches are well-trained and experienced in helping others with these tools and techniques. This coaching is provided at no cost, with no obligation, and conducted using Zoom.
