Our relationships are a vital ingredient in determining our happiness, success, and our well-being.

Poor relationships can diminish our well-being, including emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. Unwanted emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger, hopelessness, or depression are evidence of diminished well-being.

We can become unhappy and lose self-confidence and self-esteem. We can lose our motivation and our personal drive. We can give up on life. Narcissistic relationships are an excellent example of a poor relationship that can destroy our well-being.

On the other hand, good relationships improve your well-being. So, what is a good relationship? What type of relationship improves our overall well-being? The answer is relationships that are mutually beneficial and based on genuine understanding.

At our meetups, we present a tool to help build sound relationships that are good for our well-being. A life lived well can be very therapeutic. This tool can help you with all of the following:
· Meeting new people.
· Communicating with self-confidence.
· Increasing mutual understanding; getting on the same page.
· Recovering a relationship after a huge upset.
· Improving a relationship where the two of you have grown apart.

We also offer the opportunity to arrange for coaching in using these techniques. Our coaches are well-trained and experienced in helping others with these techniques. This coaching is provided at no cost, with no obligation, and conducted using Zoom.
