Why we’re here
I burned out while working at Google, then spent months testing various practices I could find. The breakthrough came when I found a daily practice to my own wiring. Stress felt lower, energy rose, and I actually look forward to doing it. Now I’m building a tool that helps others discover their best-fit daily practice in minutes.
