This support group offers a safe, judgment-free space to share your experiences, listen to others, and connect over mental health. Our goal is to help normalize conversations around mental well-being—because mental health is just as important as physical health.

Here, you’re never alone. We support one another through listening, sharing, and holding space with compassion and care. While this group is not led by mental health professionals and is not a substitute for medical care, it is a community of individuals who genuinely understand and relate to what you’re going through.
