• Overview of the skills required to become a product designer
• Main reasons you would want to do it (higher pay, better ownership of products you create, etc)
• Common challenges to becoming a designer and how to solve them.

2. How actually become a UI / UX Designer in 6-12 months?

• Overview of the options (e.g: DIY, University Courses, On-demand online courses, or bootcamps / cohort-based courses)
• Pros and cons as well as what to expect for each in terms of time, money, and effort investment needed.
• How to choose the best option for you.
• Success Stories from Radu coaching over 200 students. Also, a live story from a guest who successfully did this transition.

3. Special Guest sharing their story of how they successfully transitioned to UI / UX Design.
4. Interactive questions and answer sessions: Be able to ask any question you might have related to UI / UX and becoming a UI / UX Designer.
