Mike is a former Special Education teacher turned product designer, and now a co-founder of an EdTech startup, [Mela Mela](https://mela-mela.org/). Although he initially stepped away from education to explore a new path, his journey has come full circle—this time approaching education from an outside perspective.In this session, Mike will share his personal journey of pivoting into product design, and how he has successfully combined his passions for education and design into a meaningful and impactful career.
