We are a men's group where you can expect a frank and confidential space to speak personally, engage in interesting conversations or get support for your personal goals.

This new team meets weekly and includes men from the Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge area. Our group is part of Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI).
