Rejection can leave a lasting mark — a parent who couldn’t meet us, a partner who walked away, a group where we never quite fit in. It cuts deep because, at our core, we all long to belong. And yet, within every wound of rejection lies an invitation: to meet ourselves more fully.
In this session, we’ll explore the sting of exclusion not as a flaw to fix, but as a shadow to witness. Drawing on Carl Jung’s teachings, we’ll reframe rejection — not as proof of our unworthiness, but as a mirror reflecting parts of ourselves still waiting to be integrated.
This is not about fixing rejection. It’s about listening to what it reveals. Come to sit with your story — not to solve it, but to feel it.
Come to reclaim the parts of you left behind.
Come to remember: you still belong.

Why This Matters:
When rejection goes unspoken, it shapes the way we connect, trust, and show up in the world. But when we face it directly — with presence, support, and courage — we begin to loosen the grip it has on our sense of self. This circle is your chance to bring your pain into the light. To say the words that were never heard. To remember that you are not alone — and never were.
