You’re here because you recognize that true strength comes from the courage to know yourself deeply. At MENTRaL, we’ve created a space where men committed to personal growth can find community, authenticity, and support as they explore self-expression in a meaningful way.

This session is about tapping into creativity—not just as artists, but as men navigating life’s uncertainties. Whether you’re shaping your career, relationships, or inner world, creativity is key to adapting, expressing, and finding clarity. Through authentic relating, breathwork, and deep connection exercises, we’ll explore how to trust our voice, embrace the unknown, and create meaning even in challenging times.
Here, you’re not just joining a group—you’re stepping into a brotherhood. Together, we grow—not just for ourselves, but for the people we care about and the world around us.

Session Breakdown:

• Stretching & Warm-Up Exercises – Arrive fully in your body.
• Breathwork – Clear the mind, ground yourself in the present.
• Ice Breaker – Build comfort and connection.
• 2 Authentic Relating Games – Explore expression and active listening.
• Circling – A space for honest, heart-centered dialogue.
• Sound Healing Meditation – Integrate insights through deep relaxation.
• Closing Reflections – Ground the experience.
• 30-minute Social Time (Optional) – Unwind and connect.

What to Expect:

• Guided practices to strengthen self-expression and creative flow.
• A safe space for connection, reflection, and shared wisdom.
• Opportunities to deepen self-awareness and explore personal growth.
• Sessions facilitated in English, with optional French if needed.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing
• A water bottle
• An open mind

Cushions and water will be provided. The session will take place on a matted floor, but if you prefer a chair or need accommodations, let us know in advance.

Important Details:

🔹 Limited Spaces – We keep our group intimate to foster deeper connections.
🔹 Late Arrivals – Doors open at 6:45 PM. We allow a 10-minute grace period after the 7:00 PM start time. Please enter quietly if arriving late.
🔹 Closing & Social Time – The session ends at 10:00 PM, followed by an optional social period until 10:30 PM, when doors will be locked.
