Together, we’ll explore how to:

* Lean into vulnerability without rushing it
* Bridge emotional distance without overstepping boundaries
* Meet others exactly where they are, while staying true to ourselves

* Gentle stretching, movement & breathwork to arrive
* Icebreaker: *“Invisible String”*
* AR Game 1: *“Approach & Retreat”* (Paired)
* AR Game 2: *“The Bridge Builders”* (Paired + Group)
* AR Game 3: *“The Pulse Between Us”*
* Group sharing / circling
* Optional post-session social time

**What to Bring**

* Comfortable clothing
* A water bottle
* A willingness to be honest, curious, and brave
