Leading Without Losing Yourself
Making a Living vs Living

Many men work hard, show up, and carry responsibility — yet feel a quiet sense of disconnection underneath it all.
This session is for men who are capable, committed, and doing what’s required…
but who sense that something in the way they’re working — or who they’ve become while working — no longer feels fully alive.
This is not about quitting your job or chasing a fantasy of purpose.
It’s about slowing down enough to notice where you may be trading aliveness for stability — and how to stay connected to yourself while meeting real-world responsibilities.
Together, we’ll explore questions like:

  • Where do I feel present in my work, and where do I feel numb?
  • What parts of me have I learned to mute in order to function?
  • What am I gaining financially — and what might it be costing me internally?
  • How do I work without slowly abandoning myself?

This is a space for honesty, reflection, and shared inquiry — not fixing or self-optimization.
