For men to walk, talk, and connect with other men.
The physical health consequences of poor or insufficient connection among men include a 29% increased risk of heart disease, a 32% increased risk of stroke, and a 50% increased risk of developing dementia for older adults. Additionally, lacking social connection increases risk of premature death by more than 60%.
Who? Men ages 18 and over.
Do I need to RSVP? RSVP is preferred, but optional.
What happens after each walk? Anything you want. Go for coffee with a new connection. Stay at Cascades to connect more deeply. Go home. It’s up to you.
