Mercury One Memphis members, We would like to get an idea of who in our group is thinking about attending Restoring Love in Arlington TX in July. If you would like attend but are not sure you can manage it, go ahead and RSVP Yes (you can put Maybe in the comment line) and then pre-register for Sat. night tickets, or the full three day event tickets at
If there is enough interest, we might be able to hold a fundraiser or a sponsorship donation opportunity to help defray the costs for those who are able to attend.

On December 8th, Glenn Beck announced an event called Restoring Love. But, is not only an event, it is a great movement. Restoring Love will be a movement to restore love and charity back into the American people and back into our great country.

The Nashville 9/12 group is organizing a bus that is going to make a stop in Memphis here is the information she sent me. When I spoke to her she said she will work with you on your situation (kids, traveling on your own, hotel room only, bus trip only, etc)

The price breakdown is based on the occupancy for each room. All rooms are suites.

King Suite: 1 King Bed and 1 separate sofa sleeper
Queen Suite: 2 Queen Beds and 1 separate sofa sleeper
Single Occupancy – 1 Person (The only person in their room) = $430
Double Occupancy – 2 People (Two people sharing one room) = $300 per person
Triple Occupancy – 3 People (Three people sharing one room) = $257 per person
Quadruple Occupancy – 4 People (Four people sharing one room) = $235 per person
5 People (Five people sharing one room) = $225 per person
6 People (Six people sharing one room) = $205 per person

Note: According to hotel staff, you can sleep two people on the sofa sleeper (new air mattress type), but she did not recommended it, unless they were children. If you plan to have 5 or 6 guests in your room, please tell them up front their bed will be a sofa sleeper. I don’t anyone to get there and be disappointed or angry.

The above price includes your (4) four night hotel stay, transportation to and from Dallas via motor coach, and your ticket to the 8/28/2012 event @ Cowboy Stadium.

The bus pick up will at Cool Springs Galleria Mall (Franklin, TN) Please arrive 30 – 45 before departure. The bus will be parked near Sears and Interstate 65. The bus will leave at 7:45 a.m. The bus should reach Memphis around 11:00 (We haven't worked out a meeting place yet and would welcome suggestions.)

As of today (12/21/2011) we have not been given a lot of details about the volunteer or charity work we will be doing. As the group travels around the city together, we will use the motor coach. If our group is split up on the work day (Friday July 27) I will do my best to use our motor coach and the hotel shuttle to get everyone where they need to go. Thursday July 26 is the registration day, so we should have plenty of time to get out and explore.

HOTEL INFORMATION: –We will be staying in Addison on Beltline Road -

North/Galleria hotel is on the northern edge of Dallas in the elegant suburb of Addison. The hotel is located directly behind Romano's Macaroni Grill and is about one mile from the prestigious Galleria Dallas mall. The hotel just recently went through a complete remodel, so everything is new.

Reservations are being accepted by check, credit or debit card by phone, fax or mail. A $50 per person deposit must be received by me by Feb 1. Your remaining balance will need to be paid by May 1, 2012. Cancellations will be accepted until midnight April 30, 2012.
