This workshop examines how great speakers consistently capture and sustain attention. Based on the study of high-impact speakers and personal speaking experience, it reveals practical engagement techniques Toastmasters can use right away to make speeches more dynamic, memorable, and audience-centered.

Effective Evaluation – From Feedback to Leadership
This workshop explores how evaluations influence confidence, motivation, and growth. Drawing on best practices and real club experience, it introduces practical approaches evaluators can apply immediately to make feedback clearer, more supportive, and development-oriented — turning evaluation into a meaningful leadership moment.
