Newlands forest to Kirstenbosch Gardens one way

Meet at Kirstenbosch Vidae Cafe[gate 1] then arrange lifts to Newlands forest and walk through the Gardens enjoying the outdoors and great company. Entrance for over 60s is free on a Tuesday.(bring your SA ID as proof) R40 guest fee for non Meridian Hiking Club members.
Bring water, hat and suntan lotion.
Breakfast at Moyos afterwards.
Bring swimming costume for swim at Newlands swimming pool afterwards,
