Kasteelspoort via Cable Car

Join Luigi and Linda - Kasteelpoort via the Cableway. 2nd January. Meet in the queue at 07:00 to catch the 1st cable car up at 08:00. Please book your up single ticket online.
Route
Cable car up to the top of Table Mountain.
Walk towards Platteklip Gorge.
Veer off the path towards Kasteelpoort passing Echo and valley of the Red God's.
This is a two hour gradual descent to Kasteelpoort.
We will stop offen to take in the views and refreshments.
Kasteelpoort steep descent to the pipe track.
Pipe track 👣 back to the lower parking area cnr of Tafelberg and Kloofnek rds is ± 3 km.
The cable car company provides a free transportation ride from the lower parking area up to the lower cable car station. This runs every 5 minutes. You can decide where you prefer to park either at lower cable car station on Tafelberg Rd or at the parking area cnr of Tafelberg and Kloof Nek rds.
Bring along lots of water and snacks , hat, water, sunblock and warm top.
