Join Peter each Tuesday morning for a leisurely 90-minute walk along Milnerton Beach towards Sunset Beach and back. Stopping to take beautiful photos along the way. Meet at Woodbridge Island next to the Milnerton Lighthouse. +/-6km. For those who want to we can have a coffee/cappuccino afterwards.
Non-Meridian Hiking Club members guest fee, R40.
Bring a hat/cap/doek, and some water.
Our pace is 'medium'. This is not a 'cardio session'. We walk and chat, as a group.
