Join us for a scenic and relaxed bike ride along the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, covering Phases 1 and 2A. We’ll start from Chelmsford Center and head south through Westford, Carlisle, and Acton, enjoying the shaded paths, gentle grades, and peaceful surroundings. This is a great ride for anyone looking to stretch their legs, chat with fellow cyclists, and enjoy the summer trail vibes.

  • Starting Point: Chelmsford Center for the Arts (or nearby trail parking)
  • Start Time: [Insert time, e.g., 9:00 AM]
  • Distance: Approximately 11.7 miles one-way / 23.4 miles round-trip
  • Pace: Casual (10–12 mph average)
  • Break: Midway stop in Acton before turning back
