Join us for Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes northwest of Boston! Through guided attention and playful movements that recreate the way young children learn new motor skills, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement engages your whole self to explore the dynamic relationships in your body organization and provides a safe space to let go of habitual, often subconscious, tension patterns. Grounded in neuroscience, developmental psychology, and the physics of human movement, the Feldenkrais Method offers a direct and effective means to reduce unnecessary muscular effort and attain greater stamina and ease in all your physical activities. A regular Feldenkrais practice is great for improving coordination and flexibility, refining performance in your favorite athletic or artistic activities, as well as injury prevention and recovery.
