All ages(18+), all across the beautiful LGBTQ rainbow:)

Our Socials are LIGHTLY hosted(with the small facilitated welcome/intro meet(s) for first-timers); they are SOCIAL groups, plus an initial support for newcomers!.

OK, this is an experiment!

An event in the Liverpool Gay Village("Lime Street Central" will continue as our main venue).

NB THE (downstairs bar of) THIS VENUE HAS -HITHERTO- BEEN MAINLY ASSOCIATED WITH MALE-IDENTIFYING CLIENTELE; however, the Social Space we are going is MIXED, across the whole of the rainbow umbrella:)

Whether this becomes a repeat venue depends on audience reaction lol.

Venue is a work-in-progress; a bit rough round the edges!(inside pic in the comments section, below). But I (Steve)think it well worth a try!

The venue is ABOVE the basement bar; and is a NEW LGBTQ social space, plus coffee bar, and full bar in the evenings; but is booked for OUR USE ONLY.

It has potential to be (to some extent...lets see) an LGBTQ centre....

HOWEVER, THERE IS NO DISABLED ACCESS; there are about 10 steps upto the space from ground level; and 3/4 steps to the seating booths (but other seating available!).

So it is not perfect. So lets see!

It is a numbers limited event: 60 people; so early RSVP advised, and please only RSVP if you think you are *LIKELY*(does not have to be definite) to attend.

Primarily, a DRINKS NIGHT, incl full range alcohol drinks, soft drinks and coffee all night!.

(Recommended) MINIMUM SPEND: one drink (of ANY kind).

There are also:

TOASTIES and

MUFFINS.

(this -minimal!-food is till 8 pm ONLY)

You pay, for all items individually,(no tabs!)at the bar, directly, per person.NO group bills!
The (recommended)minimum spend is to make it worthwhile for the venue to host us.Any money, therefore, goes direct to the venue, not to our group!

NEWCOMERS; AND WELCOME/INTRODUCTION MEETS:

If you are new,TRY NOT TO BE TOO NERVOUS:).

We shall relax you and greet you and get you settled in a newcomers' mini-meet, to start the evening.

Steve(Organiser) will be seated at the top of the steps to our (upstairs) part of venue; he will greet you, and introduce you to a host for the WELCOME meet:)

*If you have just come out as lgbtq, or have not been to an lgbtq event before, or to this particular group, or our new to Merseyside,we strongly recommend this introduction/welcome meet:)*

FIRST INTRODUCTION/WELCOME MEET, at 6.30;so you gently relax into the evening; and chat to a smaller group of people, and share interests:)
The intro meet is not obligatory; but strongly recommended!
