Following on from William Blake's biography, we're going for a summer of verse with a classic from the 19th century - Goblin Market and Other Poems by Christina Rosetti.

Originally published in 1862, Goblin Market and Other Poems was immediately celebrated by critics and the public at large, with special praise for Rossetti's skillful sense of sound and meter as well as the collection's thematic complexity, many poems engaging with questions of temptation, transgression, and redemption.

It's a short collection so is an easy read.
