
What we’re about
First and foremost….we will be a positive-thinking group. No argument, no complaints if you can’t phrase it in a positive light, go back and think about it!
Secondly, it’s about what we want to do. If two people want to do something, reach out and see if others might want to “meet up”!
Personally, I would rather do something than to sit and listen to someone telling me what they think we need to know. Investigate that on your own. Let’s go get our heart rate up!
Potential group events:
- easy fitness (chair exercises, balance challenges, walks, water aerobics)
-games (board, card or dice…). what do you like to play?
-meet up at a sports bar for snack and football (or basketball or horse racing, anything we can share)
