Divorce Peer Discussion Group for Men

This bi-weekly meeting is for men going through divorce, dealing with real possibility of divorce, or those who have been through this mess and really want to support others by sharing wisdom . It will be held at Pioneer Park in Mesa AZ at 6PM. Gather at/near the 6 sided bench and expect to relocate to a shady area of the park after 5-10 minutes.

EDIT: There is a park event going on and I will try to capture this table early or stand near it with a camping chair next to me if I can't.

This meeting does not have a formal end time or a rigid formula, but we will check to see how everyone is doing. This group can collectively opt to relocate to a bar or restaurant if none of us are in a particularly bad place. However, if you are in a bad place, then please be honest with us. The whole point of this gathering is to find support from people who actually understand where you are at. Yes, there are tons of resources associated with counseling or religion, and maybe those are what you need. However, this meetup serves a different purpose, here you can vent, commiserate, seek actual peer advice, meet some new friends in a similar situation, or just not feel like your alone during an often cruel period of your life.
