Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza (book discussion) - Part 1 of 2
Details
Hi Messengers,
--8/19 update - ZOOM LINK is, now, visible (below) to those that RSVPd --
Join us to discuss the first half of "Becoming Supernatural" by Joe Dispenza, who is an author and researcher of epigenetics, quantum physics, and neuroscience.
Our last book discussion was "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" by Joe Dispenza. Since then, I attended Joe's in-person retreat in July 2023 so if anyone has any questions about attending a retreat, just let me know.
Joe Dispenza discusses many topics in this book. He provides knowledge, science, and meditation tools to help you transcend personal limitations to create a new life. He goes into detail about our energy centers (known as chakras to many,) and similar to "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself," he discusses the quantum field and how all possibilities exist in the present moment as electromagnetic potentials. The meditation he mentions in the beginning chapters, "Tuning Into New Potentials" is an opportunity for you to practice tuning into one of your new potentials. Here is the link to this meditation.

2. Newer version, but this has ~ 4 commercials during the first ~15 minutes.

Rather than me leading the group chapter-by-chapter, I will ask everyone to contribute. We will start with a general prompt such as below and then we can pull from the discussion questions, as needed. They will be posted in the comment/chat section and emailed prior to our Meetup.
1. What section/chapter resonated with you and why?
2. Did you try any of the meditations? If so, feel free to share your experience.
Let's break it into two Meetups so do your best to read 1/2 of the book for Part I, and we will discuss the second half during a second, Part II, Meetup.
BTW - We are a small group. I promise to welcome you so don't hesitate to stop by and say "HI."
The Zoom link will be emailed, prior to the Meetup, to those that RSVP.
Places to source free books and resources:
1. Local Library
2. YouTube.com
3. Libbyapp.com
4. Seach for legal, PDF versions, online
5. Please notify us of any others
If you have questions, feel free to send an email or drop a note in the chat.
Thanks,
Frances:)
