### Who this is for

You are a woman who is:

  • In transition (career, relationship, life stage, Monday dread)
  • Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, tired, or fed up with everything on your plate
  • Noticing your maximum capacity approaching and wanting to get ahead of burnout
  • Sure something needs to change, but you cannot even hear yourself think long enough to name what it is
  • Sipping an ice cold coffee that you made three hours ago, microwaved twice, and gave up.

Here is the truth nobody says out loud (until now): most women are stuck because they are buried under everything they have said yes to, everything they feel guilty about, and everything they are carrying that was never theirs to begin with.

### What to bring

Something to write with and on. Paper and pen works best here. Bring an open mind and all the chaos. Seriously, bring the messy list and the “I do not even know if this should be on the list.”
