Black Women's Day of Meditation: Finding Peace within Chaos
A day of meditation and healing, focusing on empowering Black women to heal their past, present, and future.

Join us for a day dedicated to meditation and self-care designed for Black women. In the midst of chaos, take this opportunity to find peace within a community of like-minded individuals. This in-person event will be held at Lakay Sakrè, 793 Rogers Ave. Let's come together to reflect, recharge, and rejuvenate our minds, bodies, and spirits. Let's come together to honor our journey and celebrate our strength. Don't miss out on this transformative experience!

Healing The Past, Present, and Future
This day is dedicated to Black women, but all are welcome, looking to heal their past, find peace in the present, and manifest a bright future. We aim to create a safe space for healing and empowerment through guided meditation, self-care practices, and community support.

  • Please come with the intention of moving as a collective
  • Please wear all white (no black undergarments)
  • Feel free to bring a charm or something sentimental to you
