For most of my life I struggled with food and making good choices and habits around food.

I realized I didn’t just need willpower… I needed support, structure, and a community focused on real change.

So I’m paying it forward and offering what I gained to others! Our online meetup focuses on habits of health — education, encouragement, and nutrition that supports long-term change. Health is more than physical change. It’s a mindset.
