Walks will be guided by Amanda Newman, MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, and Diplomate of Acupuncture; Patricia Martinez, Physical Therapist, Pilates Teacher, owner and founder of Sebastopol Physical Therapy and Wellness; and Beth Bollinger of Nest Wellness.
