# Women’s Health Reset: Energy, Wellness & Confidence

What to Expect
As moms, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that our own health often falls to the bottom of the list.

But the truth is, your energy, wellness, and confidence matter too. Stress, hormones, gut health, and exhaustion all affect how you show up for yourself and your family.

This session is about bringing the focus back to you — in small, sustainable ways that fit into real mom-life.

Charlene will guide you through simple health resets and daily practices that can help you feel more balanced, energized, and grounded.

You’ll learn how your body and emotions are connected, and you’ll leave with tools to start rebuilding your health from the inside out.

Agenda:

  • How stress and gut health affect your energy and confidence as a mom
  • Group discussion: sharing self-care routines that actually work (and the ones that don’t!)
  • Guided “body check-in” practice to reconnect with yourself and reset your energy

What to Bring:

  • Notebook + pen for reflections ✍️
  • A glass of water or tea to sip during the session 🍵
  • A willingness to put yourself first for this one hour
