The Poetic Nature of Astrology: You and the Universe

Details

Long ago, people looked to the sky and felt a deep connection and sensed that we’re part of something greater. Today, as science begins to recognize how deeply everything is interconnected, Astrology reminds us that we’re part of the universe—we move with it, like dancers in the same song. In this sense, Astrology is a way of seeing the world as meaningful and alive, a poetic language that connects your personal story to the rhythms of the cosmos. Rather than claiming the stars cause events, astrology sees them as mirrors that reflect patterns in our lives.
This perspective of astrology heightens awareness, to listen more closely to life and experiences as part of a larger pattern—and to feel, maybe for the first time, that you truly belong in the unfolding story of the stars.

This Sunday, we'll evaluate a few astonishingly accurate astrological profiles, and consider why psychologist Carl Jung, statistician Michel Gauquelin, and even 17c astronomer Johannes Kepler were advocates of Astrology. Not for prediction, but pattern-recognition, not rigid fate, but cosmic resonance that encourages us to think of the universe as a kind of divine music, and our birth charts as our own parts in the score. In this sense, Astrology is less about prediction and more about understanding, meaning, and participation.

Every participant will receive a fully-interpreted (AI produced) astrological birth chart and an additional interpretation as a basis for discussion.
Free as always, our Zoom Meeting opens at 9:45am (EDT),
