In this grounded and experiential workshop, Denise Stargazer explores the roots and realities of personal energy protection, drawing from Celtic traditions, Pagan practices, and honoring Indigenous wisdom with respect and acknowledgment.
This class goes beyond abstract concepts and into practical application.
We will explore:
• Why energetic protection matters and how it functions
• The difference between setting an intention and activating a protective field
• How to create sacred space and engage respectfully with spirit and ancestral support
• How to call in guidance and recognize when you are receiving it
• Working with tools such as crystals, cards, pendulums, and dowsing rods
• Using everyday found objects from your home as powerful allies in protection work
• Simple daily practices to strengthen your energetic field
Participants will experience hands-on exercises working with frequency, spirit requests, and energy awareness. We will also discuss how to deepen connection if it feels challenging and how to build a sustainable personal protection practice.
The workshop closes with reflection, Q&A, and additional ideas for practical spellcasting.
This offering is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners who want grounded, respectful, and accessible tools for modern spiritual life.
