Your voice carries wisdom — and when given space, it becomes a powerful tool for grounding, healing, and self-connection.

Awaken Your Voice is a therapeutic vocal experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and authentic expression through sound. This gentle, embodied gathering invites you to explore your voice beyond performance or perfection, using sound as a pathway back to the body.

Through humming, toning, intuitive vocalization, movement, chant, and breath, we reconnect with our natural rhythms and inner knowing. No singing experience is needed. This space is accessible, supportive, and rooted in safety.

Our time together begins with a grounding meditation and group check-in, followed by a soothing vocal “sound bath” to gently warm the body and voice. We’ll close with a simple song circle of affirmations and mantras — melodies designed to linger and support integration beyond the circle.

This is a members-only gathering.
All voices are welcome — quiet ones, shaky ones, curious ones, and those returning to sound after a long pause.
