We gather together at HeartSpace in Laguna Woods
to share our stories and uplift each other. We are not alone; we need each other. This is not a place to complain, but to share. To hold hands and cry, to laugh and dance. To support our fellow sisters, mothers, and daughters. To celebrate every phase of being a woman.
What to bring

• Yoga mat and something to sit on. (some extras are available)
• Bring a journal and candle. (some extras are available)
• Water

What to expect

• Welcome circle and introductions.
• Gentle stretch and breath practice, meditation.
• Sharing Circle and journal prompt. Harmonizing chanting, and energy exchange.
• We hope to gather around the New Moon each month to build, support, and share our journey with each other.
• Doors open at 5:15 pm (upstairs Studio Room)
